Who am I?

The data controller in respect of this website is Isabella Massardo. You can find details of how to contact me on the contact page of this website.

Your Personal Data

Personal data is data that can be used to identify an individual. For example your name, email address, home address and even IP address. On this website your personal data is only collected with your explicit permission, and will never be shred with third party marketers. On this website, your personal data is collected under the following circumstances:

Contact form

When you contact me using the contact form, you will be voluntarily providing me with your personal information. The information you enter in the contact form is encrypted, as you can see from the padlock icon in the address bar of your browser, and is sent to me by email.

While we have implemented encryption to ensure secure transmission of your personal information, Internet-based data transmissions may in principle have security gaps, so absolute protection may not be guaranteed. For this reason, you are always welcome to contact me via alternative means, such as by telephone.

Newsletter Mailing List

If you choose to subscribe to my mailing list, the data you enter during the signup process will be sent to Mailchimp (The Rocket Science Group, LLC), the provider of the tools I use to manage email marketing subscriber lists and send emails to subscribers. You can read their privacy policy here:

Should you wish to unsubscribe from the mailing list, you can do so at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in any of the email campaigns you have received from me.

Document Downloads

A number of documents are available for download from this website, on condition that you provide your name and contact email address. This information is sent to me by email at the same time as the document is sent to you, also by email. You may choose to opt in to receive my monthly newsletter at the same time, but you are not obliged to do so in order to receive the documents. By providing your name and email address, you authorise me to contact you occasionally by email in the future for marketing purposes.

When you comment on a blog post on this website, you are required to give your email address and user name in order to identify you as a trusted user. This helps to avoid publishing spam comments.
